Frequently Asked Questions

The ACCA AAA Crash Course is designed for those who have completed the AAA syllabus but have postponed or are repeating the paper.

This course does not cover the full syllabus but is focused on the "BIG MARKS questions" and how to score the professional skills marks which are being introduced from September 2022 exam onwards.

The most crucial info would include whatever you need to get  Technical content marks which is  80% of the exam
AND how to get the prof skills marks which is 20% of the exam AND REMEMBER Everything we do in this program is to help you pass AAA
on your FIRST attempt.

If you do your part, you will score good marks & not have to re-sit. Re-sits are really expensive & such a waste of time & effort.  

1. BIG Mark Questions
These are the big mark Qs in AAA.  4 of these types of questions are 100% sure to appear in every exam  Audit risk Audit procedures Finalisation & reporting  Ethical & Professional issues  

2. IFRS
IFRS knowledge will be needed for  audit risk, audit procedures & finalization & reporting.  Hence it is crucial that you have passed SBR  before attempting AAA or at least, attempt SBR alongside AAA

3. ISAs
Knowledge of auditing standards will be needed for both audit procedures & finalisation & reporting

4. 36 Ethical requirements
There are 36 requirements of the ACCA code & because we are unsure as to WHICH of these 36 requirements will be tested, we need to be familiar with all 36 of them

5. 4 other topics
There are also 4 other topics which are REGULARLY examined which are - Business Risk, Quality Management, Non Audit Assignments and Regulatory Environment
