ACCA AAA Self Study
– December 2026 Exam

AAA isn't marked on what you know — it's marked on judgement. Most self-study fails because you never see what a good answer looks like, so you keep practising your own habits. Sheila walks you through the full syllabus and then works real questions live in 7 revision sessions, so you can see the standard before you're marked against it.

Why this course is different

Why this course is different

Most people don't fail AAA because they didn't study. They fail because they were working from material that never showed them the standard they were being marked against.

Self Study is Sheila's complete AAA system, in your hands from the day you enrol. Eleven modules of video teaching, her full notes, 60 exam-standard questions, and real past-exam debriefs where she works through the big-mark questions the way the examiner marks them. You practise against model answers and marking guides, so you can see for yourself where your answer fell short — and you have 7 live revision sessions with Sheila to bring the questions you can't resolve alone.

No fixed class times. No waiting for a cohort. Just the right teaching, available the moment you're ready for it.

Sheila's complete AAA system, taught at your own pace — with 21+ hours of live revision before December 2026.

"Sheila William FCCA truly cares about her students, her exam techniques are brilliant and study materials were some of the best I've ever used. Following her guidance helped me pass AAA exam on the first try. I have no words to express how thankful I am for her support!"

Elzbieta Ceglarska (Poland)

"As a repeater, I really struggled with how to tackle the exam. Sheila showed me a superb step-by-step exam technique, and most importantly taught me how to actually study and think like an auditor. She keeps in close touch and pinpoints exactly where your weaknesses are. Thanks to her guidance, I passed after previously failing with 48 and 47. I cannot recommend her class enough, especially for repeaters."

Arifah Asna
(Malaysia)

"I have attended Sheila's lectures for AAA IRC and Self Study Program. Her techniques helped me a lot, as well as the course videos and materials. The videos and materials are multiple, short, precise, and comprehensive. As a part timer student, you could make full use of the materials at your own pace, but for sure being closely guided by Sheila. Once again, thank you Sheila!"

Inside Self Study

Twenty weeks' access. Eleven modules. 60 exam-standard questions. 7 live revision sessions with Sheila. Here's everything you get for the December 2026 sitting.

11 Modules of In-Depth Video Lessons

Taught by Sheila: Every module is Sheila — 30 years of AAA teaching and a Big 4 career distilled into exactly what the examiner is looking for.

The ISAs explained for application: International Auditing Standards broken down the way they actually appear in AAA questions — not textbook theory, but examiner-standard application.

Judgement and scepticism at the core: Analysis, evaluation, professional judgement, and professional scepticism — the skills AAA is actually testing, taught the way the marker rewards them.

Practice, Mocks and Model Answers

A progress test before revision: Sit it under timed conditions and find your remaining weak areas while there's still time to fix them — before the revision sessions start.

Two full mock exams: Full-length papers that mirror the real thing, so 3 hours 15 minutes under pressure isn't a new experience on exam day.

Model answers and marking guides: You mark your own work against the examiner's standard, so you can see exactly where your answer fell short and what would have earned the marks.

Your Pace, Your Schedule

A suggested daily study plan: The modules are laid out as a day-by-day path through the syllabus. Follow it as written, or move at whatever speed your work and life allow.

7 live revision sessions with Sheila: Over 21 hours, live on Zoom, focused on exam technique and the latest exam questions. Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours, so nothing is lost if you can't make it.

A WhatsApp group for your questions: Studying alone doesn't mean studying without help. Ask Sheila and the group when something won't come clear.

Meet Sheila William FCCA

Sheila William FCCA is the founder and lead tutor of Ardent Learning Hub, and she teaches one paper: ACCA Advanced Audit & Assurance.

She trained and qualified as an auditor at one of the "Big 4" audit firms, and for the past thirty years she has taught AAA — long enough to know precisely why capable candidates keep falling just short of it. AAA isn't a test of how much you know; it's a test of judgement, structure and speed under pressure. Most students who fail have done the reading. What they've never been shown is what a good answer actually looks like, and how the examiner decides which marks to award.

That is exactly what Sheila teaches. Her lessons are built around exam technique and professional judgement — spotting the crux of an issue, applying the standards to a real scenario, and writing answers the examiner can reward. Self Study puts that whole system in your hands, module by module, to work through in your own time.

When she's not teaching, Sheila follows her passion for French cooking, enjoys a good romance novel, and takes time with her beloved pet, bella.

Frequently Asked Questions

For the candidate who studies best alone and just needs the right teacher. First-timers who want the full syllabus taught properly, and re-sitters who know the gap wasn't effort — it was the quality of what they were studying from. There's no cohort and no cap: you enrol, and you start.

Yes. Most re-sitters have done the reading; what they've never seen is the standard their answers were being measured against. Self Study gives you Sheila's complete system — the teaching, the notes, past-exam debriefs of the big-mark questions, and mocks with model answers and marking guides so you can pinpoint exactly where your marks were slipping away.

Twenty weeks' access to 11 video modules covering the full syllabus, Sheila's complete notes on the ISAs, ISQM, the ACCA Code and IFRS, 60 exam-standard questions, past-exam debriefs including the big-mark questions, one progress test and two full mock exams with model answers and marking guides, 7 live revision sessions with Sheila (over 21 hours, all recorded), and a WhatsApp group for your questions.

The course is modular, and the syllabus is complete at the end of Module 11. Video lessons are laid out as a suggested daily study plan you follow at your own pace — there are no fixed class times. Concise downloadable notes accompany each lesson. The live revision sessions give you the benefits of a classroom with the flexibility of studying online, and every one is recorded so you can catch up any time.

You do. Self Study includes one progress test and two full mock exams, and you mark your own work against the model answers and marking guides provided — which is how you see precisely where your answer fell short and what would have scored higher. If you want Sheila marking your scripts and correcting your judgement personally, that's the Bootcamp.

Technique is the focus. AAA is marked on judgement, structure and speed — not just what you know. The teaching is built around spotting the crux of an issue, applying the standards to a real scenario, and writing answers the examiner can actually reward. The revision sessions are given over to exam technique and the latest exam questions.

Self Study is £197 for the full 20-week course. A payment plan is also available — see the next question.

Yes — three monthly payments of £77, which is £231 in total. Paying in full at £197 saves you £34. Both options give you the same access to the full course, and you choose at checkout.

They're recorded and uploaded to your course within 24 hours, so you can catch up whenever suits you. Live is always better if you can make it — that's where you get to ask.
